Childhood is a time for children to explore food. At Gymea Bay Pre-Kindergarten we ensure your child’s meal times are an enjoyable, positive and social experience that will encourage a love of food and promote healthy food choices.

Healthy and nutritious meals are provided, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Menus rotate over a 6-week period and are designed to meet the requirements of the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating and Australian Dietary Guidelines, The Infant Feeding Guidelines, Get Up and Grow, Healthy Eating and Physical Activity For Early Childhood and the Healthy Eating Pyramid, provided by Nutrition Australia.

We provide, nutritious, homestyle meals for the children at Gymea Bay Pre-Kindergarten. We use high-quality, fresh ingredients and a broad range of flavours and textures, to create meals that meet – and often exceed – the latest nutritional guidelines for children in care.

We understand that the early years in a child’s life are instrumental in developing positive, long-term eating habits. Exposing young children to a healthy, diverse diet not only gives them the best start in life, it helps secure their future health, development and wellbeing.
